For this residence, the objective was to introduce contrast without adding visual weight to the interior.
Modenza designed, manufactured, and installed the custom cabinetry, stone and tile work, and paneling that carry this language from the kitchen into living spaces, bathrooms, and bedrooms.

Inside The Project
Contrast
Repeated throughout paneling, fixtures, and architectural details, these darker volumes help organize the open spaces without interrupting them.
Integration
Instead, each decision was made in service of the larger interior, allowing the house to be read as a whole before its individual parts.
Continuity
That continuity gives the project a sense of harmony, allowing each space to develop its own character while remaining connected to the larger whole.
Craft
From spacing and alignment to installation and finishing, the same level of attention was carried through every room of the house.
